The UTEM Graduate School, under the Office of the Vice Rector for Research and Graduate Studies, officially inaugurated the 2023 academic year, together with the entire university community. The ceremony was attended by distinguished guests who addressed the challenges and opportunities of graduate programs in Chile, including our researcher Dr. Marcelo Kogan, who gave a talk on “The development of graduate programs in Chile: Challenges and opportunities in R+D+I+E”.
